Victory Hotel

700 years old hotel, all in statues and paintings, each room is dedicated to a different sailor, soulful hotel! 🥰 The breakfast is small, but has everything! and is in the basement where you can touch the preserved parts of the old building, a direct excavation! In the corridor of each floor there is a small tea/coffee, sugar etc. Station to drink whenever you please. In 50 meters there is a street with souvenirs, 3 minutes from the royal palace.

Lovely hotel right in the Old Town. Beautifully decorated as mentioned in other reviews. Friendly staff on the front desk and good breakfast. Onsite sauna and relaxation room - very chilled place for a couple of hours relaxation. Nice buzzy atmosphere in the bar at night. The restaurant was busy but didn't try it. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby including a micro brewery right across the street. 2min walk to metro stop. Tea/coffee making facilities on the corridor which although seems a strange concept works really well giving you more space in our already large room even with the massive bed. Towelling robes available for use and a free glass of port on arrival! Would highly recommend for a stay in Stockholm.

We loved this hotel. Heart of the old city, close to so many restaurants and fun nightlife without having to go to the newer part of the city with nightclubs. The bed was so comfortable, the room so well appointed, and the hotel is so charming. And the breakfast was fantastic! If we come back to Stockholm, we would stay here again, no need to look further.

I will return on future trips. Charming shipshape rooms for the solo discerning traveler. Comfy beds and fine linens. Lift available. Rooms compact yet well designed. Bathrooms and shower excellent with good hot water. Can eat at bar usually without reservation at excellent restaurant but be aware closed on sundays and mondays at least during off season. Good breakfast with ample choices. Really nice nautical decor and antiques in hotel/rooms. Very close to Gamla Stan metro for connection to central station.

Fantastic location in old town, on a lovely street surrounded by shops and restaurants. Taxi was able to pick me up right out front. The naval decor is so charming. The lighting in the room is the best with dimmable ambient lights. As others have said it is cold, but they provide a radiant heater which works fine. I had the deluxe double room which was quite roomy with a large sitting area around the television. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Stockholm.
